the hotel is near the central station. it is convenient to take buses and trains. you can easily walk to the city center from the hotel in about 10 minutes. i appreciated the nearby supermarket, made getting drinks and snacks easy.
the bathroom seemed somewhat older compared to the rest of the room, slightly noticeable.

the receptionists were kind and helpful. they provided useful information and assistance. the staff was friendly, and responded quickly to requests, especially considering how busy they were.

a bar next door offered great food and drinks, and its prices were reasonable. also, a new japanese restaurant nearby served really good sushi. i found a pedestrian street filled with bars and restaurants just behind the hotel.

The room featured a double bed in one area and a single bed in a smaller connected room. a fridge was present in the room. It was very useful for storing drinks and snacks. the air conditioning worked very well.

The location was convenient to the central bus station and the historic city center. clean rooms. the friendly staff was available and accommodating. They addressed my needs quickly. good restaurants and bookstores were a short walk away.
the walls in my room had some scuffs and the internet connection was not consistent.

the location was perfect for exploring the city. a short walk took me to plaza espana and the bus station. the cafe next door was handy for a late drink, and the breakfast was lovely
the room was small. the furniture was old fashioned, and i could hear every conversation from nearby rooms. the price did not feel worth it.

non-functional air conditioningsignificant street noise
the room i got was pretty disappointing. the air conditioning didn't work, it just blew out warm air! the staff gave me a fan, but it wasn't enough. the street noise was really bad because i had to leave the window open. plus, the walls were scuffed. it was not great.

The location worked well for me! It was just a short walk to Plaza Espana and the bus station. A cafe next door proved useful for a late drink and a nice breakfast. I also recommend the Japanese Restaurant. The food had very nice value!
The building seemed old. It needs some modernization. The mattresses felt completely worn! The ceiling in the bathroom showed signs of moisture, and paint peeled off in some spots. There were no tea and coffee making facilities in the room
